FORMA 81000 Koi is a set from an experiment in crowdfunding, on the Indiegogo platform.
The official release date was supposed to be in 2019. 

40397 KOI Carp was a 33-piece monthly mini-model construction set released in March 2020. 
The fish set was offered to registered VIP members, children aged 6 to 14, as part of the construction of monthly LEGO mini-models in the official LEGO brand stores

Forma 81000, main part of the aborted FORMA project; it was only sold in UK in December 2019, with no extension to other countries, due the abandonment of the project.
