Nikon Nikkormat FTN reflex film camera from 1969,

“younger sister” of the legendary Nikon F, the Nikkormat incorporates most of its technical and
structural characteristics, so much so that it was commonly used by professional photographers as a second camera body.
Its exceptional sturdiness makes it still perfectly usable today for those who wish to use film.
The operation is of course completely mechanical and manual, the battery is only used to power the light meter, which in this camera has a double display, both inside the viewfinder and in a very useful window next to the pentaprism.
The shutter provides shutter speeds from 1s to 1/1000s with 1/125s flash sync speed and B mode. Selected shutter speeds are also visible inside the viewfinder.
The self-timer has a delay of 10 s.

The item at auction is in very good condition, despite being 53 years old; it was tested and is in perfect working order.
