John Bolt

This fantastic and very rare bedside lamp from the former GDR is an absolute eye catcher. The lamp was produced by Elektro Rausendorf in Bautzen in the 1960s and 1970s. The Bubble glass shade resembles the famous lamp by Helena Tynell for Glashütte Limburg. Through the bubbles in the glass, the light is scattered and refracted in a variety of ways, creating a fantastic light effect. 

Construction
The lamp base is made of a gold anodized metal shell. The Bakelite socket is mounted in a metal cone, also anodized gold. The shades are made of hand-blown amber bubble glass.

Total height: 				         	21 cm

The lamp has a switch on the foot. One E 14 socket up to max.  40W. LED bulbs can also be used (Delivery without bulbs).

The lamp is in good vintage condition (Details see photos).
