Canon Canosound 1014 XL-S Super 8 movie camera with matching Canon boom microphone BM70

This has become a truly classic and much sought after camera and this is an opportunity to acquire an unused, mint model boxed with all the original accessories. 

I received this new one as a gift in the early 1980s. It has travelled with me ever since but I never got around to using it! The camera and all the accessories are, therefore, in mint condition (it even has the original q-tip cleaners!).  The original camera batteries in the photo have expired after 40 years so I have included 6 new ones, which I used to test that the camera is in working order, which it is. 

The only non-mint feature is the rubber protective layer on the boom microphone cable which has, as they all do,  perished a bit due to age (see photos). The original MR9 H-D battery for the mic are no longer produced so I have bought a 1.35V MR9 Adaptor + 6 Batteries which will be included in this lot.

The boxes are in very good condition with only a few blemishes.
