Francisco Álvarez

Beautiful and elegant clock produced by Prim company in Czechoslovakia in 1950s. The design is typical for the so-called Brussel Era, time period of EXPO in Brussels in 1958. Czechoslovakian pavilion was awarded as the Gold medal winner and presented the best design exhibition at the time.

The piece is made of brass construction which holds a plastic panel clock with copper details. Original mechanism and clock. Minor cracks in the center. 

The elegant yet dynamic lines of the shape make this piece a unique and stylish home accessory.
