Four Vintage Copper and Brass Kettles – Dutch and Belgian Mid-Century Design

A distinctive collection of four vintage copper and brass kettles, individually selected for their elegant proportions, sculptural forms and beautifully aged surfaces.

The four pieces are not a matching set. Each kettle has its own shape, construction and character, combining copper or brass bodies with details such as wooden handles, brass fittings and naturally developed patina.

One of the copper kettles is clearly stamped “Made in Holland” on the base. Based on the materials, construction methods and design details, the remaining pieces are believed to be of Dutch, Belgian or neighbouring European origin. They most likely date from approximately the 1930s to the 1960s, although the exact maker and date of each piece have not been confirmed.

All four retain their lids and handles and remain functional as kettles. They can also be appreciated purely as decorative or collectible objects. Their warm tones and expressive silhouettes work particularly well in both contemporary and traditional interiors.

The surfaces show visible traces of age and use, including natural oxidation, patina, scratches and minor marks. These characteristics are part of their authentic vintage appearance. Please examine the photographs carefully for their condition.
