Description from the seller

'Long beach'

Embark on a serene journey to the West Coast with this evocative 4x5 analogue black and white film photograph, offering a glimpse of Long Beach in San Francisco.

Captured from a slightly elevated perspective, the image centers on the tranquil meeting point of land and sea, where the horizon stretches endlessly into the distance. The scene is enveloped in a soft, mid-grey hue, imparting a sense of calmness and introspection.

Above, clouds drift lazily across the sky, casting a gentle diffused light over the landscape. Below, the sea's waves lap softly against the shore, their motion blurred by the long exposure of the camera shutter, creating a serene, dreamlike quality.

Notice the subtle gradient pattern etched into the beach sand, a testament to the ebb and flow of the tide as it caresses the shoreline. It's a detail that speaks to the ever-shifting nature of the coastal landscape, a reminder of the eternal dance between land and sea.

Printed with care and precision at an esteemed printing studio known for its commitment to museum archival quality, this photograph invites viewers to pause and contemplate the quiet beauty of the coastal landscape—a moment frozen in time, yet imbued with a sense of eternal tranquility.

The photograph is signed front bottom right corner and comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed date of printing.

Carefully placed in a secure cardboard package and shipped with an insured express delivery service, delivery estimate 1-3 working days.

Please feel free to contact if you have any questions.
