LEGO 76989 Horizon Forbidden West Tallneck was a 1,222 piece Horizon set with 1 minifig released in 2022. It is a model of the Tallneck machine from Horizon Forbidden West, a display stand with Horizon landscape details, an Aloy minifigure and a Watcher figure with interchangeable eye colors.

It was retired in December 2023 with a lifespan of 19 months.
