In the background are the flags of Italy and the European Union, and a portrait of Silvio Berlusconi, entrepreneur, statesman, four-time Prime Minister of Italy, is depicted.
Completing the stamp are the legends “SILVIO BERLUSCONI”, the dates “1936 – 2023”, the inscription “ITALIA” and the tariff indication “B”.
