Quite a large heart-shaped hand axe. Made by flaking local flint by Homo Neanderthalensis and a characteristic tool of the Mousterian period.
Made from the typical flint from Bergerac and found there in the surrounding area.
Intact without any restoration.
Dimensions 109 x 83 mm
