Description from the seller
Carbon Cuvee Brut Champagne is a refined sparkling wine, made from a classic and balanced blend of three noble grape varieties: approximately 46-50% Chardonnay (from Grand Cru and Premier Cru), 24-25% Pinot Noir and 25-30% Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley and Montagne de Reims, in the renowned Champagne regions. This combination offers a perfect balance between freshness, roundness and a delicate fruity note.
The organoleptic characteristics include a white, slightly yellowish color with golden hues and a fine perlage. On the nose, elegant aromas of white peach, poached pear, white flowers, fresh butter and refined notes of toasted brioche and citrus stand out. The taste is creamy, mineral, with subtle nuances of roasted hazelnuts, salted caramel and pralines, bringing a distinct taste complexity and perfect harmony in the brut type, with a sugar dosage around 7-9 g/L. The champagne has a fine, balanced and easy-to-drink texture, with a long and persistent finish.
Carbon Cuvée Brut is also known for its premium bottle, decorated with carbon fiber to reflect the modern and technical character of the wine, and is popular in top events, including Formula 1, where it is an official partner. This champagne is the result of experiments and refinements that lasted over 3 years, emphasizing the quality and distinct personality of the wine.
In short, Carbon Cuvée Brut is an exceptional champagne, with an elegant, refined character and a modern philosophy, ideal for special occasions and sophisticated tastings.
