A beautifully preserved wall clock with a mechanical striking mechanism, designed in Art Deco style. This exquisite piece strikes once for the half-hour mark and fully for each hour, showcasing its classic functionality and charm, complemented by a beautifully metallic sound. The clock works perfectly and features a rare Florentine-colored intarsia hand made of vibrant materials, adding a unique and exquisite touch to its overall elegance.

Kienzle Uhren GmbH, founded in 1822 in Schwenningen, Germany, is the country's oldest watchmaker. Originally named Schlenker & Kienzle, the company adopted its current name as it grew, with expansions into Milan, Paris, and London by the late 19th century. Notably, Kienzle introduced the "American System" of production in 1894, reducing costs for alarm and wall clocks. The company made advancements in automobile clocks, solar-powered watches, and radio-controlled movements over the years. During WWII, Kienzle used forced labor to produce timing instruments for German forces. Post-war, the company focused on technological innovations, including developing ultra-water-resistant and solar-powered watches. In recent years, Kienzle has aimed to become a lifestyle brand while maintaining its core in watches and clocks. They also engage in various sponsorships, focusing on sports and community projects in Hamburg.
