Les manches des couteaux sont en bois.
La longueur totale est de 21,5 cm avec une lame de 10 cm en acier inoxydable AISI 420.

Beau motif floral au dos du couteau accompagné de la célèbre abeille Laguiole.

Croix de berger sur la poignée.

Les lames en acier inoxydable ont une petite encoche qui facilite l'ouverture avec les doigts. Quant au manche en bois, celui-ci est protégé par une double mitre en acier aux gravures végétales. Son design baroque lui confère incontestablement son originalité. Composé d'acier 420, il est résistant et facile à nettoyer.

Une fois plié, ce couteau de poche prend peu de place.
