Das Dekor ist gemalt in lebhaften Farben mit Schmetterlinge und Blütenzweigen. Es ist eines der bekanntesten und ältesten Dekore der Manufaktur Herend. Die britische Königin Victoria, die gleichzeitig auch Namensgeberin war, bestellte für ihr Schloss ein Service in diesem Dekor.
