Je vous propose ce plat à rôtir en fonte émaillée, compatible avec tous types de feux, y compris une utilisation au four. Robuste et polyvalent, il séduit par son émail brillant à l’extérieur et sa patine intérieure qui témoigne d’un bel usage culinaire.
