Description from the seller
Ancient siphons from the SINCLAIR brand and SINCLAIR Dino Gasoline in amber color. Enjoy the photographs to understand the beauty of these siphons; they feature red taps or heads from the brands Carbónicas Espumosos J. Pousada Marín Pontevedra and Carbónicas Espumosos UFAGSA Orense, the most sought-after—a beauty with many years of age, in good condition for collectors and decoration. Seltzer water. They may have slight scratches or small glass flaws. They are hand-engraved.
SINCLAIR: Sinclair Oil Corporation was an American oil company founded by Harry F. Sinclair on May 1, 1916. Sinclair Oil and Refining Corporation merged the assets of 11 small oil companies. [3] Originally a New York corporation, Sinclair Oil reincorporated in Wyoming in 1976. [4] The corporate logo featured the silhouette of a large green Brontosaurus dinosaur, based on the then-common idea that the oil deposits beneath the earth came from the corpses of dinosaurs. Sinclair was ranked as one of the largest American private corporations.
