Prachtige art nouveau spiegel uit het begin van de 20e eeuw. 

De verzilverde omlijsting is uitbundig gedecoreerd met opengewerkte bladmotieven, typische art nouveau lussen en (aan de onderzijde) een liggende maagd. De spiegel is aan de achterzijde voorzien van een houten plaat en een oog om de spiegel aan op te hangen. 

De spiegel is niet gemerkt, maar hoogstwaarschijnlijk vervaardigd door het Duitse WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik). De spiegel staat afgebeeld op pagina 295 van de WMF-catalogus uit 1906 (zie laatste foto). 

De spiegel is 50cm hoog en 29cm breed. De binnenmaat is circa 19x30cm. Het gewicht van de spiegel bedraagt zo'n 1800 gram. 

Het object verkeert in geweldige staat.  Bekijk voor een goede indruk de foto's.
