De Agfa Isolette II is een opvouwbare middenformaatcamera. Hij werd in de jaren 50 door Agfa in een Duitse fabriek geproduceerd. Het is het tweede model in de Isolette-serie.

Hij werd in verschillende uitvoeringen geproduceerd. Hij werd dus geleverd met verschillende lenzen en sluiters. Een van deze modellen werd geleverd met een "Agfa Apotar 1:4.5 / 85 mm". De lens heeft een brandpuntsafstand van 85 mm en het grootste diafragma van de lens is f/4.5. De scherpstelling wordt handmatig ingesteld. De afstand moet worden geschat of bepaald met een externe meter. Inclusief Sixon lichtmeter (werkend) en leren originele lederen  foedraal voor camera en meter,
De Pronto-S-sluiter heeft acht sluitertijden (1/300 s, 1/100 s, 1/50 s, 1/25 s, 1/10 s, 1/5 s, 1/2 en 1 s).
