Quarter-sawn oak. Due to the sawing direction, the food vessels in the wood become visible.

Transport:
In the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Spain, we transport the furniture in packing blankets and store it indoors. To other countries, we ship it on a wooden pallet, wrapped in sturdy cardboard and splash-proof film, and delivered to your front door.
For islands, we charge a higher rate; delivery is to the door. Please help, as the driver is alone. The driver is not allowed to go inside or up the stairs.
The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

You cannot track the transport.
Take photos of the packaging upon receipt to rule out damage during transport.
Usually, it is not possible to ship within three days; you can ignore the reminders from Catawiki.
It usually takes between three and seven days.
You approve and sign for good receipt with the driver.
Any damage must be be reported immediately using this form.
This is necessary for the insurance.
Damage caused thereafter is at your own risk.
An 'empty' form means a good reception.
The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
You are free to arrange the transportation yourself as well; please indicate this when making your payment to Catawiki.

For countries outside Europe, you will need to pay additional customs fees, as well as additional costs for customs clearance and administration. For countries outside Europe, I list a single price for convenience, but amounts may vary.
