Description from the seller
Original offset lithograph for the exhibition PAGES FROM THE GLOSSIES at the Helmut Newton Foundation in 2015.
Copyright @ Helmut Newton Estate.
Published by Museum___Helmut Newton Foundation in 2015.
Helmut's work is provocative, daring, brazen, feminine, sensual, sexual, seductive, powerful, glamorous, controversial, and fetishistic. It is inspired by film noir, expressionism, and surrealism.
A constant in her work is power and the female figure. Nudity, high heels, long legs, women dressed in men's clothes, and eroticism as a central axis are repeated. Although she was also fascinated by animals and raw meat, which she made evident in some of her work.
He did not like to photograph in a studio, preferring his models to pose in large mansions and villas surrounded by luxury and glamour.
Size: 59.5 x 83.5 cm.
All posters are original and have been selected by art lovers for art lovers.
