A highlight in every collection. Lapis lazulis are among the oldest known gemstones that have already been appreciated as a sacred stone in the ancient cultures of Egypt, Mexico and the empires of the East. Thus, among the Egyptians, the gemstone was considered the most precious thing they could give to their dead pharaohs as a burial gift. The stone is not only important as a jewel and healing stone.
