This watch, Snoopy NEW MOON, is entirely black in honor of the new moon, which it is named after. Its case, crown, and pushers are made of bioceramic, while its strap is VELCRO. The chronograph second hand, the subdial hands, and the tachymeter scale bezel are white. Meanwhile, the subdials and the back of the bezel are black. This model stands out for its black moon phase function, arguably the most poetic of all watch complications. On the moon phase disc rotating within the subdial at 2 o'clock, you can see Snoopy, associated with manned space missions since the 1960s, lying on the Moon. Under UV light, a hidden quote from the Snoopy comic strip appears among the crescent moons and stars. All dials feature the OMEGA X SWATCH, Speedmaster, and MoonSwatch logos. The domed biosourced glass construction, the 'S' engraved at the center of the glass as a nod to the Swatch logo, the fine and sophisticated circular pattern on the outer ring of the dial and the embedded subdials, the construction of the edges which are both sharp and smooth, the characteristic 'dot over 90' detail on the bioceramic tachymeter bezel, and of course, the unique feel of the bioceramic are common to all models. The indices, hour and minute hands, as well as the tip of the chronograph seconds hand, are coated with Super-LumiNova Grade A to glow in the dark.
