Meteorite chondrite from Morocco!
A piece of the sky fallen into the palm of your hand. An extraterrestrial object between your fingers.
Recovered in Morocco in the desert, near Alnif.
All the characteristics of an exceptional piece.
It has a stunning desert patina, visible to the naked eye or under a microscope, allowing the internal matrix and beautiful metallic inclusions to be seen.
She has a lovely fusion crust.
It also possesses regmaglyphs and lines of fractures.
Dimensions: 15 cm x 15 cm x 9 cm
Weight: 2250 grams.
Status: cleaned and treated.
Oriented meteorites are very rare and constitute a small percentage. Oriented meteorites have a properly positioned center of gravity that does not shift during their passage through the Earth's atmosphere, and they always present the same face to the front, unlike non-oriented meteorites, which rotate constantly around their off-center center of gravity.
