Beautiful and atmospheric cut-out cross from the early 20th century, richly crafted in wood with fully hand-carved decorations. The cross is decorated with geometric patterns and sun motifs that are elaborated around the central medallion. The refined craftsmanship clearly shows that this is a carefully made devotional object.

The body is made of metal and has a warm patina appropriate for its age. At the top, a metal INRI plaque is attached. The combination of the dark wood, fine carving motifs, and expressive body makes this cross particularly decorative and valuable for collectors of religious art.
