This Blancpain X Swatch watch pays homage to Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms, the first true dive watch. The case and crown are made of Bioceramic. The word "Swatch" is engraved on the left outer side of the case. The dial is sun-brushed black and features a date display between 4 and 5 o'clock. The indexes, hour and minute hands, and the bezel scale are enhanced with Grade A Super-LumiNova for exceptional readability in the dark. The watch features a black unidirectional Bioceramic bezel and a biosourced crystal. The SISTEM51 mechanical movement is visible through a transparent sapphire crystal and features a digitally printed image of the lunar region Oceanus Procellarum (Ocean of Storms) and the Okenia Luna nudibranch. The back of the watch features five short messages: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENSE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE and IMMERSE YOURSELF. The NATO strap is made from recycled material from fishing nets. The pin buckle and loops are made from Bioceramic material.
