This is your responsibility. If you do not pick up your item within a week from the distribution point, it will be returned to us, and you will need to pay the shipping costs again before we resend it to you. Again, follow the tracking information to avoid these extra costs. IN GENERAL, YOU MUST ALWAYS CHECK THE SHIPPING COSTS AND CONFIRM THEM BEFORE PLACING A BID. Shipping costs are not the same as postage costs but include much more, such as internal and external packaging, insurance, express delivery costs, costs for filling out additional customs documents, costs for packaging and registration outsourced to a third party, costs for transporting items to a delivery point, fuel, 24-hour postal service, etc. Our postage rates are communicated in advance. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. According to Catawiki's guidelines and terms, the information in the tracking information is ALWAYS authoritative. The only thing that can be done in such a case is that we can ask the delivery company for leniency, but we have no influence on their decision. We use various distribution companies for delivery. We never know in advance which distribution company will be used for transport. This depends on rates, transit time, insurance, destination country. We offer combined shipping for items auctioned within the same auction category. When paying Catawiki, you must choose this yourself. 2) We offer new lists with signed photos and sometimes displays for hats, etc., on the lots. Although we try to avoid this as much as possible, it may happen that you receive a different list or display than described in the auction description. In such cases, you will always receive a replacement list/display of at least the same price and quality. Sometimes items have a used list. We always mention this in the auction description. It is inevitable that these used items and lists may sometimes show small scratches. These items are collectibles with a history, so DO NOT BID if you do not agree with this. 3) If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us first before approaching Catawiki. We resolve issues quickly as indicated in our feedback profile. If you contact Catawiki first instead of me, they will always open a dispute, and then it is beyond our control. Catawiki usually has significant backlogs. Therefore, a dispute procedure is undesirable for both buyer and seller and is a lengthy, often unsatisfactory, difficult, and unpleasant process, over which we have little to no influence. Always check your local customs duties and other financial obligations before placing a bid. The buyer (not the seller) is always responsible for these additional costs that are not related to the shipping costs you have already paid to us. We always ship combined, even if you have won many items in separate Catawiki auctions. If you were unable to arrange combined payment and Catawiki charges you separate shipping costs for different parcels, you must contact us and provide your Paypal email address (not IBAN or other details). Three to four weeks after delivery, we are paid by Catawiki and will reimburse you for the double shipping costs. We only ship to a private address. Due to our personal negative experiences, we do not ship to any business address in any way. If you do not agree with this, THE OFFER IS NOT VALID. We do not make exceptions to this rule. 7) We deliver (new in packaging) basic budget lists with our products. If a list gets damaged during transport, the photo is usually also destroyed. A list can be replaced, but a signed photo with high collector's value cannot. Therefore, we send the list and photo separately in the box. You only need to open the list and insert the photo to make it shine. If you find this a problem, then do not bid! IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU, DO NOT BID! 8) Sometimes we sell stock items signed during private or public signing sessions. It may happen that your signed item differs slightly from the photo on Catawiki. However, we always provide our COA for authenticity. If you do not agree with this, we kindly ask you not to place a bid. 9) After a transaction, we appreciate it if you leave positive feedback in the Catawiki system, indicating publicly that a transaction with Collectables Unlimited was satisfactory. This helps new buyers on Catawiki get an impression of a seller. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us FIRST before leaving negative feedback. First and foremost, according to Catawiki's feedback policy, it is forbidden to leave negative feedback before contacting the seller to discuss a solution. Violations of this policy are always reported to Catawiki. Moreover, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will always help to resolve your issue realistically if you contact us directly first. If we do not resolve the problem satisfactorily, you are always free to leave negative feedback.
