Treatise of Topographical Anatomy with Medical and Surgical Applications (2 Volumes)
Corrected and expanded edition of this anatomy textbook by Léo Testut, professor of anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lyon, and Octave Jacob, chief medical officer of the army, professor at Val-de-Grâce.
Illustrated with striking diagrams, many in color, drawn by Dupret. Handwritten ex-libris on the second volume.
Bindings in very good condition (covers, corners, edges, headbands), in-quarto, half red morocco, spine with raised bands decorated with gold fleurons.
Size 20 x 28 cm, weight 4.6 kg.

With 553 figures in the text, drawn by S. Dupret, of which 537 are printed in color.

Large volume in-8 (24 x 16 cm), in-8, VIII 1096 pages, table of contents.
Beautiful half-leather binding with marbled boards and endpapers in prune, with the title and author engraved in gold on the leather spine with five raised bands.
10 pages outside the text (including 1 double), 6 in chromolithography and 1 in phototypy, and 35 figures within the text, one fold-out (writing disorder), and a double photograph (case of facial hemiatrophy).
Solid binding, spine, corners, covers, headbands in very good condition, a few foxing spots without severity.
