The Tukan GX2001 lamp is a sculptural, playful desk lamp designed in the shape of a toucan.
It was designed by H. T. Huang, and is considered an iconic piece of 1980s pop design.
The body is made of plastic, using a combination of vibrant colors (often green, yellow, black, white) to evoke the exotic look of a toucan.

The lampshade ('beak') is foldable — it opens from the base to form the long beak of the toucan, which also serves as the light source.
