Superb poster by Guillaume Corneille (1922-2010), a painter born in Liège to Dutch parents, founding member of the COBRA group, with Constant, Karel Appel, Dotremont, Joseph Noiret, and Asger Jorn, reproducing the Yellow Nude from 1982.

This poster has often been shown on television and reproduced in books.

A summer poster of a female nude on the beach with a bird. A Grand Master of color, in the wake of Gauguin and Matisse, Guillaume Corneille dedicated a significant part of his work to posters, and after making his mark with post-war abstraction, he embarked on a lively figurative style coordinated with the Pop Art movement.
