Since 2018, Warren Podguszer, known by his pseudonym Wawapod, has immersed himself in the world of Pop Art and street art in Paris, developing a unique style that fuses geometry and popular iconography. His work is distinguished by the reuse of iconic icons through accumulations of dots, paying homage to art history and popular figures he admires.
His works often have a
first abstract reading which becomes figurative depending on the distance at which one stands. He likes the idea that each person who observes his works does not necessarily see the same thing but above all he likes to play with the eye of the observer.
By diverting certain masterpieces, he aims to have them rediscovered
general public and invites them to explore the history of art in a fun, modern and
democratic.
This work is a unique VHS cassette piece and is hand-signed on the front by the artist.
It will be protected and shipped in a specially designed box. Collection of the artwork is also possible in the Paris region.
Certificate of authenticity provided.
Wawapod is a Parisian artist and street artist who has exhibited extensively across the country. His works are featured in several galleries in France and Europe.
