About the Authors
Doros Loizou (1944–1974) was a Cypriot poet and political activist, leader of the youth section of EDEK. He was assassinated during the attempted killing of Vassos Lyssarides in 1974.
The other authors and editors were contemporaries documenting Cyprus’ political, cultural, and social struggles in the turbulent decades following WWII.
