Roman gold ring with black Agate intaglio depicts an intimate scene between Apollo and Venus (Aphrodite).
Venus stands gracefully to the left, with Kylix (drinking cup) around the basin embodying beauty and allure, while Apollo, confidently positioned to the right, represents strength and artistry.

Previously in London private collection 1970-1990
