Description from the seller
Type of jewel: Vintage 1920s Art Deco 18K gold pendant lucky number 13
Condition: showing signs of wear that speak to a life well lived, adding authenticity and character rather than detracting from its appeal
Style: Vintage 1920's Art Deco
Era: ca. 1920
Theme: Number 13
Material: 18K yellow gold and details in white gold or platinum (touchstone tested)
Diamond(s): Four senaille cuts. A senaille is a simplified rose cut diamond, a small diamond chip with perhaps a few polished facets.
- We understand that private buyers may expect diamond weights to be provided, but in the case of rose-cut or senaille diamonds, this is simply not standard practice among industry professionals specialising in antique and vintage jewellery. Unlike brilliant-cut diamonds, where weight correlates with diameter, rose cuts vary in thickness, making weight estimation impossible once set. Providing such figures could lead to unnecessary debates, as rose-cut diamonds were traditionally valued for their visual effect rather than intrinsic worth. Even major auction houses like Sotheby’s and Christie’s rarely list their weight, except for exceptionally large stones, where diameter is often provided instead.
- All diamonds, regardless of their size or shape, in our vintage and antique jewellery are verified as 100% natural by the IJGC laboratory.
- We do not sell lab-grown (synthetic) diamonds.
Precious stone(s): Nine rubies (lab produced, also called Verneuil ruby)
Birth and month stones: Diamond is the birthstone (or month stone) for April and Ruby is the birthstone (or month stone) for July.
Hallmarks: No trace.
Dimensions: diameter 1,86 cm (0,73 inch) - See picture with a ruler in cm and inches
Weight: 1,30 gram (0,84 dwt)
Adin reference Nº: 25321-0105
- All jewels are delivered in an Adin jewellery box. Jewellery boxes shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included with the jewel, unless stated otherwise.
- Accompanied by a professional report of authenticity for your peace of mind.
- Shipped insured and registered for your security, though you're most welcome to collect in person.
- For shipments outside the EU, import duties and other charges may apply. We advise checking this in advance.

- Antique and vintage jewellery often undergoes thoughtful refurbishment, remodelling, or repairs to enhance its longevity and wearability. Such pieces frequently bear marks of this tender care. Furthermore, we present our antique and vintage jewellery in its authentic state, refraining from removing scratches or applying rhodium plating to white gold items. Our priority is to preserve the genuine allure and history of each piece. However, as the new owner, you have the option to take it to a local goldsmith for a cosmetic refresh, should you choose.
