This fifth volume of the series Unpublished Short Stories gathers delicate evocations of Périgord by Daniel Halévy, blending memories, portraits, and humanist landscapes.

Work published in a limited edition, 160 numbered copies, this one No. 63 (on Madagascar Lafuma watermark paper) printed for David Weill.

In sheets under printed gray cover.

Condition: Interior is impeccable, with the cover slightly soiled at the back. In excellent condition; a very fine example of collaboration between a writer and an art engraver.
