The poem reads:
Spring fills the jade pot as I pour freely; the lingering taste and poetic thoughts expand the chest and mind.

Which van freely translated as:
The jade pot is filled with spring, pouring freely as desired.
The aftertaste inspires poetic thoughts and broadens the heart and mind.

The base and the lid are stamped with a maker's mark.

H14 x 17 (spout to handle) x W10 cm

Condition:
Excellent; no chips, cracks, or restoration.
