Titus Livius Ab Urbe Condita, a three-volume Latin edition (Herdruk) printed by Daniel Elzevier in Amsterdam in 1678–1679, bound in vellum, 20 × 12 cm, about 3,143 pages, containing an engraved title page and two portraits, in good condition.

T. Livii Patavini Histories from the founding of the city, with notes by Caar. Sigonii and J F Gronovii.. - Amsterdam, Daniel Elzevier, 1678/1679 - 3 parts - 48 922 (70) 62; 973 (61) 58; 1080 (80) (2) pages - parchment bindings
Good. The covers are somewhat dirty, the gilded coat of arms on the front cover of part 1 is faded, and not present on the covers of the other parts. The originally gilded frames on the covers are also faded. Some impact marks. The interiors are discolored, with some spots here and there. A few creases. Blank labels on the front endpaper of each part, as well as on the verso of the first flyleaf of parts 1 and 2. Stamps on the first flyleaf and title page of each part. A 1 cm tear in the margin of 4 pages.
Part 1: signature and stamp engraved in the top margin of the detached title page. Moisture stain within the margin of the first 12 pages and the engraved title page, also present in the inner margin of most register pages. The engraved title page indicates 1679.
2: Loss of title plate. Moisture streaks inside from the beginning to approximately page 80, as well as in the last 14 pages, and very light moisture spots in the top corner from page 715 to the end, with about 30 more severe. Tear under the middle of pages 31/32, approximately 3 cm.
3: scribbles on the reverse of the second flyleaf, loss of parchment at the bottom of the front cover (see photo), moisture stain from the beginning to about page 50 and in the inner margin of the last 20 pages, as well as very light moisture stain in the side margin from about page 1000? - is difficult to see) until the end.
Contains an engraved title page and two portraits (Ferdinand van Fürstenberg and Johannes Gronovius).
