Description from the seller

Original advertising poster for Vlaamsche Oude Klare gin from the distillery Mouliez-Busschaert in Kortrijk. Dated around 1920. Beautiful stone print quality by lithography Myncke in Brussels. Stylistically, this playful scene resembles the work of Cassiers, but it is almost certain that a talented employee of lithography Myncke was working here.

Druk: Myncke - Brussels
Condition A: very light signs of wear, otherwise completely intact and in excellent condition. Fresh colors.
Shipping: Rolled up in a sturdy tube with Bpost track & trace or Bpost International. Disclaimer: We do not ship to the USA and Canada.

Mouliez-Busschaert was a Kortrijk-based liqueur distillery founded in 1870 by the Mouliez-Tack family, and later taken over by son Médard Mouliez-Busschaert.
The distillery was located in a building at Veemarkt 92 (now Wandelingstraat 2-4). In 1998, the company moved to Stasegem (Harelbeke) under the name 'De Hazewind'.
De Oude Klare is a malt jenever with a smooth flavor. The soft, pleasant taste is achieved through the addition of juniper berries. Besides its delicious flavor, the berries also contribute to a more aromatic jenever.
