For sale, an exceptional and rare 5-seat modular sofa, produced by the Italian manufacturer RB (RB Salotti) in the 1970s.
An iconic example of Italian 'Soft Design' from the Space Age era, which prioritized absolute comfort and modularity.

Design and Manufacturing
The sofa is distinguished by its soft line with a 'waterfall seat' that flows seamlessly into the legs without rigid interruptions, stylistically recalling the famous projects of Mario Bellini (e.g., Amanta or Camaleonda) and the productions of Busnelli or Saporiti from that era.

The peculiarity of this lot is the presence of 5 independent modules (compared to the classic sets of 3), offering total versatility: they can form a nearly 4-meter linear sofa, a large scenic corner, or be used as individual armchairs.

Materials:
Each module retains its original covering from the period: a precious velvet (chenille) with a diagonally ribbed texture.
The color is a refined beige sand / soft gold, changing depending on the light.
Each element features on its side the original wooden plaque with the graphic logo 'rb', guaranteeing authenticity and origin from the furniture district of Brianza.
