Description from the seller
The watch shown is a vintage CYMA wristwatch, with a design typical of the 1930s–1940s. The case has a tonneau shape (rounded rectangle), elegantly elongated, made in a gold finish. The dial is matte silver with a uniform patina, specific to its age, and features black Arabic numerals, art deco style. At 6 o'clock there is a classic sub-second, with a disk dedicated to the second.
The mechanical movement is a CYMA Swiss Made movement with 15 rubies (15 jewels), marked Patented and identified with Ref. 364. The construction is robust and typical of Swiss movements of the era, with beautifully finished wheels and bridges and clear markings for fine adjustment (F–S / A–R).
The size of the case is 22mm excluding the winding crown and 40,5mm lug to lug.
The inner case back indicates the case manufacturer, with the inscription “Watch Case Co Stainless Back” and the number 25458.
As you can see in the photos the watch looks very good for such an old watch with some wear and tear.
