The Temple of Gnido is a poem in 7 cantos by Baron Montesquieu, published in London in 1761, with an Essay on the loves of the most famous Latin poets translated into Italian by Battista Vicini, pp. CLXIII; on the back of the front cover is an ex libris by Aldo Maffey and Vettore Giusti. Small fracture (3 cm.) on the edge of the portrait (as per photo), otherwise an excellent copy.
