Here is a quite unusual specimen from Fontsante mine featuring clear purple polysynthetic cubes on white quartz, possible from the Rouge vein.

M. Roussel was a master blaster miner in the Fontsante fluorite mine, Provence, in the 1970's then in Le Limouzat uranium mine, Forez, until the shut down in 1980.
During this period he was the first one collecting in the pockets after the mining blast and gathered up a remarkable collection from the different Fontsante mine veins, as well as several good torbernites from Les Bois Noirs.
We acquired the most interesting specimens from the collection.
