RESIZING REQUEST:
We are pleased to offer complimentary resizing for a change of up to two ring sizes, either up or down. This service is available for all eligible rings, provided the adjustment is physically possible, and must be requested within 24 hours of your purchase to ensure prompt shipping. For any adjustments beyond this range, our policy varies: making a ring larger by more than two sizes will incur an additional fee to cover the cost of adding more gold, while making a ring smaller by more than two sizes remains a complimentary service, as long as it is physically possible.
