Henri WOJCIK, born in 1945, is a self-taught painter. Son and grandson of Polish emigrant miners, he grew up in the mining districts of the Brassac-les-Mines basin (63).

A sales career takes him to the four corners of the world. In Latin America, he immerses himself in the colors, the light, the Caribbean; he translates exuberance. In Asia, he retains wisdom.

A passionate jazz clarinetist, music is a constant presence in his paintings.

In 2015, he founded an organization to support orphanages in Haiti. M.O.M (Children Orphans of the World) was created to assist orphaned children.
