Original work by the painter from Granada Miguel Ángel Moleón.
Known as the 'painter of light' and recognized for his landscape and urban views of Granada.
This painting depicts a panoramic view of the Alhambra from the Albaicín neighborhood, with a play of lights that highlights the Nasrid architecture, the cypresses, and the white houses typical of the surroundings.
In the background, Sierra Nevada is visible, adding depth and chromatic contrast.
A very representative work of the impressionist-luminous style of the author.
Manuel Moleón Ruiz, born in Peligros, Granada, in 1954, is a painter recognized for his almost photographic realism and skill in portraiture. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including a show at the Carnicerías Reales of Priego de Córdoba in 2014, where he displayed about twenty large-scale works covering themes such as the nude, urban and marine landscapes, rural scenes, and the world of bullfighting.
