(2 mounted upside down) Limited edition of 150 numbered copies, number 69. Some foxing, notably on the two text leaves. The serpents have suffered (see photos). Encased in a cardboard portfolio with a dark gray ribbon, black cloth spine, title label pasted on the first cover but in very poor condition.
Original edition and first printing of this portfolio printed on Arches vellum. (Dutel II, 2449) A fine example of this collection considered the erotic masterpiece of the Flemish artist and writer Frans de Geetere (1895-1968).
