This work depicts a female figure constructed through geometric shapes and contrasting colors, in a fully cubist language. The divided face and the presence of the candle create a play of light that highlights the different identities of the same figure. My name is Cesare Tolomelli, and I am an Italian painter. I was born in Bologna and currently reside in Rimini, where I live and work. From a young age, I embarked on an artistic path, attending the School of Art in my hometown, refining my techniques and deepening my artistic research.

Over the years, I have participated in numerous painting competitions in Italy, receiving recognition and appreciation for my distinctive style. My work focuses on the chromatic and geometric decomposition of reality, with particular attention to the expressive power of color. This research led me to join the Rimini-based chromaticist movement, experimenting with the ability of color to convey emotions and energy through tonal balances and dynamic contrasts.

My works are part of private collections internationally, a testament to the recognition of my artistic production beyond national borders. Each painting is the result of a creative process that blends intuition and study, giving life to unique and original compositions.
