The painting titled „Roter Reiter"(Red Rider) by contemporary German painter Michael Tkatschow from 2018. This is an original, handmade, unique piece, acrylic on canvas, 50 x 50 cm, without a frame.
Michael Tkatschow is a German artist and art lecturer at the Stade Art School.
He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg, Department of Design and Illustration.
The painting "Roter Reiter" is one of his experimental works in a new stile, where the artist deviates more strongly from the rules of academic art and attempts to combine random forms with figurative painting. In the paintings in this series, the artist creates a mystical and surreal atmosphere ,which is typical for all his works.
The artist's works can be found in private collections and companies in Germany,
France, Spain, and even Australia and Japan.
