Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is the first distillery to be built on the island of Islay in over a century. Cradled by the sea spray of Machir Bay beach, the first single malt was born in September 2009. Built on the model of a 19th century "farmhouse distillery", Kilchoman makes a point of handcrafting a peated malt with fine saline accents.
The PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023 Edition was matured for a minimum of five years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks previously used by Bodega José y Miguel Martin, Jerez, Spain.
