It is collected under the volume title Sin City: Volume 7 – Hell and Back.
This graphic novel is part of the “Sin City” universe, set in the grim, crime-infested city known as Basin City. Here the protagonist, Wallace, is a former Navy SEAL turned artist who rescues a suicidal woman named Esther—then she is abruptly kidnapped and a rescue quest ensues.
Unlike many earlier Sin City stories which were strictly black & white, Hell and Back includes sections in colour and even pin-ups by other comics artists, making it somewhat stylistically distinct.
The full title often appears as Hell and Back: A Sin City Love Story. The “love story” subtitle is ironic in typical Miller fashion given the violence, corruption and noir tone.
