KIRAS presents the bioplastic bust sculpture "DAVID 2.0 - POP!" in Pop Art style, edition of 10, created in 2025, handmade and hand-signed, measuring about 42×24×15 cm and made in Italy.
Description from the seller
Slab bust sculpture with velvet effect "DAVID 2.0!" by the Italian artist "KIRAS," a pop art artist with international sales.
The sculpture is made of bioplastics, a plant-based material such as sugarcane, which is entirely natural and environmentally friendly.
The work is composed of a head made of solid plates with a thickness of 2mm glued one by one manually made in a mix of colours that blend into the black background, the body is in velvet effect with all the details in different colours assembled in a mosaic
The Kiras philosophy is to create works with simple and as environmentally friendly materials as possible without sacrificing the strong aesthetic impact that the work must have to best convey its message.
The 'Kiras' works are created by the artist who not only signs them but also oversees the entire process. Therefore, limited series are a prerogative, the only way to guarantee that it is truly the artist who makes them. Buyers can be assured of owning an almost unique piece in their home—only a few dozen sold worldwide, a one-of-a-kind piece for your home!
In this case, the edition is only 10 units!
The dimensions are approximately 42x24x15 cm.
Design work that is 100% MADE IN ITALY with a clear pop style!
“KIRAS” exhibits in various art galleries in Italy and abroad and shows its works at contemporary art fairs such as ART3F, ARTEPADOVA, ARTPARMA fair and others…
Signed and numbered works, provided with a certificate of authenticity and the artist's logoed box.
The work is conceived and created by the artist with manual and artisanal workmanship, the slabs are all individually glued by hand, the body is made up of hand-assembled velvet-effect mosaic assemblies. Possible small imperfections are due to the type of manual workmanship but do not affect the final result.
Interior opera, do not expose to excessive heat sources, clean only with a cotton cloth without detergents.
